Seven-night check-in

Notice what changes. Record what does not.

A simple nightly record helps separate a pleasant first impression from something you actually return to.

The Settle Method

Precision where it matters. Honesty where evidence ends.

01

A job for every protocol

Wind-down, return-to-rest and noise masking remain separate because they solve different problems.

02

Designed for the device

Speaker-safe audio never relies on inaudible sub-bass or a headphone-only binaural effect.

03

Measured, then listened to

Every master is checked for loudness, peaks and technical faults, then heard end-to-end on ordinary devices.

04

No medical theatre

Exact parameters are disclosed, but we do not turn interesting frequency research into promises of a cure.

How can sound and vibration influence state?

Tempo, rhythm, timbre and expectation can change attention, breathing, subjective arousal and short-term autonomic markers. That is broader than any single pitch frequency.

Our 0.1 Hz research cue means one gentle rise-and-fall cycle every ten seconds. It is designed to support voluntary slow breathing, not to claim that a 0.1 Hz tone heals the body.

Read the studies, frequency map, hardware limits and claims boundary on our research page.
